Background

Nathaniel Senff retired from the Canadian Armed Forces after 29 years of service, concluding his career as a Master Warrant Officer. His final posting was as Administrative Company Sergeant Major with the Canadian Scottish Regiment, where he helped lead the administrative and logistical support teams. Throughout his career he built deep expertise in operational, administrative, and logistical roles, and in 2021 he was inducted into the Order of Military Merit in recognition of a lifetime of exceptional service.

His experience brings together operational planning and the ability to manage even the largest training events. This combination allows him to contribute effectively to large- and small-scale emergency preparedness exercises across both the military and public sector, and he also supports the development of Ally's internal tools for exercise design and delivery.
