Westshore Terminals 2026 Emergency Response and ICS Training
Ally strengthened Westshore Terminal’s established emergency management program through targeted training and a realistic exercise.

Westshore Terminals maintained an active emergency-management program and sought to further standardize response practices across its operations. The organization recognized the value of ongoing professional development for staff involved in incident response. Consistent application of Incident Command System (ICS) principles was a key objective.
Ally delivered Emergency Response and ICS training to Westshore Terminal personnel, establishing a standardized approach to emergency management. This training was reinforced through a tabletop exercise simulating a medical incident at the terminal, providing an opportunity to apply learned concepts in a realistic scenario. The engagement leveraged Ally’s existing relationship with Westshore Terminals, initiated in 2020.
Participants enhanced their understanding of ICS principles and practiced emergency response roles within a coordinated framework. The training and exercise improved inter-team communication and strengthened the organization's ability to effectively manage operational incidents. This work further reinforced Westshore Terminal’s commitment to proactive emergency preparedness.
