Ally facilitated a forum for police leaders to explore evolving strategies in response to the fentanyl crisis, strengthening cross-border collaboration and knowledge sharing.
The Justice Institute of British Columbia recognized the escalating complexity of the fentanyl crisis required enhanced interagency coordination and an exploration of innovative policing approaches. A need existed to foster dialogue between Canadian and international law enforcement regarding best practices and emerging trends. The forum aimed to build upon existing provincial efforts with a broadened, multi-jurisdictional perspective.
Ally Emergency Management planned and facilitated a two-day forum in Vancouver, bringing together representatives from federal, provincial, municipal, and international policing agencies alongside subject matter experts. The event provided a platform for presentations from leading authorities and structured discussions focused on current challenges and potential solutions. Ally’s facilitation ensured productive exchange of information and collaborative problem solving.
Participants enhanced their understanding of the evolving fentanyl landscape and strengthened relationships with key partner organizations.
