Ally collaborated with Crofton House School to strengthen their emergency preparedness through a realistic earthquake scenario exercise.
Crofton House School maintains a robust commitment to student and staff safety, recognizing the seismic risk in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. They sought to validate their existing Emergency Management Plan and identify opportunities for continued enhancement of operational procedures. The school aimed to reinforce confidence among leadership regarding emergency response capabilities.
Ally facilitated a Tabletop Exercise with Crofton House School executive staff, presenting a substantial earthquake scenario impacting the Vancouver region. This exercise focused on evaluating plan efficacy, identifying training needs, and confirming resource availability. The collaborative format encouraged open discussion and shared understanding of roles and responsibilities.
