Exercises and Drills
Emergency exercises and drills serve to assess the effectiveness of plans, policies, and protocols in a controlled setting devoid of actual risk.

Emergency exercises and drills serve to assess the effectiveness of plans, policies, and protocols in a controlled setting devoid of actual risk. Beyond real emergencies, exercises and drills represent the most effective method for assessing an organization’s preparedness to handle crises. A significant portion of our clientele collaborate with us to craft extended exercise schedules spanning multiple years. These programs progressively grow in complexity, starting from basic drills and table-top exercises and advancing to comprehensive simulations that engage many individuals, including external stakeholders and response agencies.
Below is a list of emergency exercises and complementary services we have executed for our clients:
- Full scale exercises
- Functional exercises
- Table top exercises
- Virtual table top exercises (developed in response to COVID physical distancing requirements)
- Inject development
- Drills and Rehearsal of Concept (ROC) drills
