Tabletop Exercise
In the spring of 2023, Ally collaborated with executive staff at Crofton House School to organize and execute a Table-top Exercise (TTX) featuring a substantial earthquake scenario in the Lower Mainland. The primary goal of the TTX was to evaluate the efficacy of the school’s Emergency Management Plan, pinpoint any training and equipment requirements, and foster a sense of assurance in handling emergencies. The exercise yielded critical recommendations, empowering staff to implement proactive measures aimed at enhancing their earthquake preparedness efforts.
