Tabletop Exercise
In 2025, Ally worked with Shawnigan Lake School to design and facilitate a tabletop exercise focused on wildfire preparedness.
The exercise scenario was designed to unfold during a busy school day in June, coinciding with a regional rugby tournament, requiring coordinated decision-making under pressure. Participants worked through key considerations including evacuation versus shelter-in-place, roles and responsibilities, and internal and external communication.
The exercise strengthened leadership readiness and reinforced a culture of proactive emergency management.
