FortisBC

Full-scale Exercise 

FortisBC carried out a Full-scale Exercise on Tuesday, September 27th, 2022, centered around the Pattullo Gasline Replacement Project. The FSX focused on the newly constructed line and was a prerequisite before the line could be approved for commissioning by the BC Oil and Gas Commission BC OGC).

The primary objective of the exercise was to effectively respond to an Emergency Response Plan  activation, aligning with the regulatory standards set forth by the BC OGC. Additionally, the exercise aimed to demonstrate the readiness of the Pattullo Gas Line Replacement for its initial commissioning phase.
