Paul brings a wealth of experience spanning over twenty years in emergency management, operations, training, project management, planning, and team leadership to his current role. With a diverse background encompassing both corporate and military domains, he has utilized his acquired expertise and innate talents to establish Ally Management.

Paul’s educational background includes undergraduate and MBA degrees from Simon Fraser University. He honed his business acumen during his tenure as a commercial account manager at the Bank of Montreal. Concurrently, as a full Colonel in the Canadian Armed Forces, Paul serves as the Brigade Commander for the 39 Canadian Brigade Group. His extensive military career has seen him hold significant positions such as Commanding Officer of the Seaforth Highlanders of Canada and Chief-of-Staff for the 39 Canadian Brigade Group. In these roles, he has overseen large numbers of personnel, providing strategic planning, staff training, and leading the development and execution of comprehensive emergency management exercises.

In his current capacity, Paul excels in developing and conducting emergency planning exercises, both large- and small-scale, for clients across various sectors, including private and public.
