Chuck brings forty years of experience with the RCMP, having covered all business lines of the force during that time.  His operational experience includes detachment policing, major crimes, and public order. He was the second-in-charge at a Lower Mainland detachment with over 400 employees and has held leadership roles for many major events and incidents. Chuck also spent four years as a security planner for the 2010 Winter Olympics. Subsequent to his policing career, Chuck was the security lead on a pipeline expansion project, and most recently has worked with the Surrey Police Service in developing their public order program.   

Chuck recently joined Ally, serving as an expert and controller for security related exercises and training, as well as a providing insight and refinement to clients’ emergency plans.
